IGN: @nique0401 Users Involved in this Contract: @GLORIOUSTACO69 General Purpose of Contract: Safe purchase of Oakview in Legacy I @nique0401 (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @nique0401 will pay @GLORIOUSTACO69 65,000 ECD within 24 hours of contract approval The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees to add @nique0401 as an owner to Oakview within 60 minutes of receiving the 65,000 ECD @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees that he will be removed from the owners and members lists of Oakview within 2 hours of payment. @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees not to alter Oakville after this contract has been approved. @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees that all members and owners will be given an eviction notice before the transaction of 65000 ECD (24 hours) is made. If for any reason @GLORIOUSTACO69 violates any of the terms of this contract, @nique0401 may invoke a regret clause, that allows @nique0401 to sell back Oakville to @GLORIOUSTACO69 at the price he purchased it for (65000 ECD) no questions asked within 48 hours of the violation. This regret clause is valid 14 days after the contract is accepted. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hey @nique0401 , few things we need to clean up before I can go ahead and approve this contract. Firstly for the following clause, You must give @GLORIOUSTACO69 a bigger time frame in this stage of the transaction. It would be best to bump this time frame up to one hour to be safe. Secondly, in this clause you state, I can not approve the following clause. If you wish to know if glorious is the true legal owner than you can easily search it yourself on the forums. The 25K fee is also quite extreme in itself. You may keep the part regarding returning and a refund, but it's honestly much easier if you check if he is the legal owner yourself. Thirdly for this clause, @GLORIOUSTACO69 must also be given a bigger time frame with regards to removing himself from the town. 1 hour would be an ideal change to this clause. Also we cannot approve the part of this clause regarding LWCs. This violates the server policy regarding LWC evictions, and you will still be required to give glorious 3 days notice to remove his LWCs. For your fourth clause which states the following, We will not enforce this clause as the fees regarding such small changes are much to extreme. I would recommend stating that @GLORIOUSTACO69 can not change the town after the contracts approval. For your fifth clause which states, You must follow our rules regarding evictions. Everyone will need to be given a 3 day notice and should be allowed to remove any LWCs they have as per server rules. Please fix this. Finally regarding your last clause which states, You may create a refund clause in the case @GLORIOUSTACO69 breaks any of the terms, however you should not have anything regarding waiving fees as the places that have additional fees have been denied and you have been asked to get rid of them. Please make the changes provided above and we shall review the contract again once all changes have been made.
