NEW WARP!

This nation was started by me in 2015. The first town founded was
Oasis City. It is placed East of @314 's town, Oasis Farms. Then I
founded Oasis Capital. This town will serve as the main "center" for
the nation. Eventually this nation will include 9 main towns in the walls
and more towns extending outside the main borders.


Access to Oasis Farms. 8 Floors. All Crops.
Townhouses, Apartments, Storefronts.
Plots and prebuilt housing for sale.
Public artwork and design.
Many attractive buildings to explore.
Free teleports and e-repairs to members.


Nationwide Rules:
1. Any grief will result in an eviction from the town
2. No square cobble or dirt homes ect., make it look nice
3. Ask Jacob43365 to dig down lower than one block
4. Height limit is 25 above ground,
ask if you have plans to go higher
5. If you have to go inactive longer than a week, /mail
Jacob43365. If you don't you can be evicted after the
week.
6. If you fail to start construction on your purchased
plot within 4 days, you can be evicted.
7. No mining or making personal farms in plots
8. Prebuilts or apartments must not be modified
unless you get approval from @Jacob43365
9. No obsidian on homes, it creates a giant job
for me to do (takes so long to clean up) if I have to evict you.

Oasis City is now selling 21x21 plots! They will be $5000, but a price can be negotiated. Please /mail or forum mail me and we can discuss it!

The warp is at the edge of oasis_farms, you can walk 5 blocks over and get to the city with it.

 

That is why I am selling plots.

 

Sure! Just do /warp oasis_farms, and follow the signs out to the city, then you can pick a plot you want.

 

That's fine, I have been going kinda slow on oasis_capital due to conflicting design ideas that I have stuck in my head :D

 

@Qohonez is now an Oasis_City co mayor! He will assist in selling plots there and also work on other parts of the nation in the future!
