General Information

ObbleCity is a new town looking for members who are ranked resident or higher, some exceptions may be made for builders! In the future we plan to split out town into 3 levels, the upper levels, the lower levels and the general levels. The lower will be for farming plots mostly, the general for general plots, the upper for stores, and upper class apartments.

Rules
-- Official Town-wide Rules --
1. No griefing/Stealing anything at all!
2. Players may only join the town if they buy a plot
3. Do not disrespect town staff or members
4. Don't snoop around people's property, only the town owners may do that to check all rules are being followed
5. If you are inactive for more than 7 days you will be removed from the town, losing all items and plots. If you know you will be gone for longer than 7 days, leave a sign on each plot saying why you will be going and when you will return, if you're not back for 7 days after the "Return" time, you will loose your plots and items.
6. If you have been removed from the town because you have broken rules you must unlock all chests/doors/signs/etc for the town owners.

-- General Building/Land Rules --
1. Don't build below Y: 50 (Due to farming lower levels)
2. Don't build above Y: 100 (Due to upper levels)
3. Keep your house looking nice, if it's ugly we may take it down
4. No hotels without permission (All levels)
5. Don't build outside your plot (All levels)
6. No major stores on general and lower levels (Upper is for stores, yet you can sell minor things)
7. You may not use any farm that isn't yours unless given permission by the owner of the farm or town
8. 1 person per plot unless a deal has been worked out with an owner of the town
9. No 1x1 towers what-so-ever!

-- Upper Building/Land Rules --
1. Make your building look nice! It will get taken down if we don't like it
2. No farms whatsoever
3. Don't build below Y: 100 (Due to general levels)

-- Lower Building/Land Rules --
1. Your building can be as ugly as you want!
2. Farms mainly
3. Don't build above Y: 50 (Due to general levels)

-- Town Guidelines --
1. No swearing, it won't get you kicked (Depends on how badly you swear) but we like to keep a friendly environment :)
2. No CAPS, it's not nice to see and could get you kicked!
3. Be friendly! Only a guideline, you don't have to be nice or friendly, just don't be mean or disrespectful.

I apologize for so many rules, these rules are in place to make ObbleCity a better place.
