We have a strict, zero tolerance no-grief policy. Anyone caught griefing will be instantly banned from the town with 0% of a refund. 2. No building outside your plot. I make sure when i sell a plot i specify where your boundaries are and where you are permitted to build. 3. Be respectful to all players who live in the town. If i see you being abusive to a member of the town i will remove you without hesitation. 4. Absolutely no mining in the town, there are dedicated mining areas for this. 5. Buildings, no height limit and 40 below, (no cobble houses!) 6. We will be adding another 100x100 town called culver city we need a co-mayor for this town 2 we need 2 co-mayors if u want to be a co-mayor for my towns u must own a plot in one of them pm me if u want to buy a plot 10x10-1k 15x15-2k 20x20-3.5k Please know if u want to be a co-mayor u must own a piece of land in the town

Just to clear things up you didn't buy the whole town - you bougt a 100x100 plot which you turned into a town. The other 3/4ths of the town belongs to SkSoccer and at no point are any residents of the town allowed to build/take items on SkSoccer's land.
skssoccer can i make a deal with u i am making a new town culver city and am wodering if i can give u someland in there so i can take the land i thought was mine i will give u a 30x30 portion of the town is that a good deal

hello if u havent noticed yet there are a few new buildings built by me:the park was built for drop parties and parties for holidays and birthdays which will have free cake. the secound is the party room which is made out of wool. that is a party room also.(soon we will be adding flashing lights) the final build is a maze which inside the maze is a chest filled with goodies. resets everyday. in the future food court(food served everyday at a specific time)need someone who can place dispenser pvp arena spleef arena we will be adding a parkour course above the maze. railway around hall of fame and culver city will be built soon please help we need all the help we can get we are replacing the farms with bigger farms: we will also destroy the spawn area. the new spawn area will be located in culver city. do not destroy any of the listed buildings yet. wait to get permission by me or krowslayer pls help. do not forget to check in everyday or your plot will be lost i have also made a check in place at spawn. it has a sign and lever. make sure you sign in before anything resets daily we do house inspections about every week minimum. remember to read the bulletin located close to the town spawn contains meetings and projects for the town feel free to help in projects we will have a party after every project just to say thanks if u r new: 10x10 plot is 1k 16x16 is 2k 20x20 is 4k some residents live there for free like me because we know krowslayer at school respect the residents we will have a party for every newcomer hosted by me free cake will be provided be there if u need help come to either me or krows house i live in the sandstone house and krow lives in apartments. if u want an enchanting table come to my house also i have brewing center come by anytime.free for citezens only when im on if u think there is any way we can improve the town please pm me or krow there r four owners/co-owners listen to them: krowslayer,origamimaster10,pieman12, and racvac -----------------------------------------------sencerely,-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------------------------------origamimaster10-----------------------------------------------------------
do not forget to donate to the town project of the day: pls help me and krow demolish the farms bring a hoe if u need one ask me or krowslayer no payment if u wanna help go ahead the more u help the faster the project will finish and we will host a party in the party room after we are done jukebox will be there do not steal records they are for the town party only for ppl for participating ppl if we have alot of ppl participating we will have a drop party at the park if anyone wants to host one with me pls do its alot of fun for residents of hall of fame and culver city only
