3: Be respectful. If someone is rude, screenshot it and post it below. same style as complaint. I will talk with them.
4: Replant farms.
5: Build only in your plot.
6: If you accidentally break something, put it back. If it's a leaf block or an ore, pm or mail me to inform me.
7: Plot resale is allowed, but tell me when you plan to do so. Otherwise, you will not be able to add them.
8: Plots cost $1000 per 10x10 blocks, 2250 for 15x15. I offer a limited quantity of fluid-priced "microplots"
9: Inform me if you are digging any deeper than F55.
10: PM me if you'd like something from the free chest. you only get 5items/week, and there's no rollover.
11: Please refrain from "Box" houses. I will help you build something for free.
