COME to the LANCASTER MALL!

A full-service shopping center holding more than a dozen player-owned stores, located just steps from the spawn portal and warp zone in downtown Lancaster!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Type "/warp lancaster." You'll land in Lancaster Square, facing toward the mall. Follow the line of quartz in the street to the nearest entrance.

2. Head through the spawn portal to Lancaster, located at towns5, redstone, stone. When you come out, turn to the left and take the pedestrian bridge toward the giant doorway right across from the steps.

No one else has ever made the "town mall" business model work as well as we have. The key? The rent is only $1000/month, so players can make a decent profit without charging spawnshop prices. While other malls come and go, we are now about to get into our fifth month of operation, and still going strong.​

And not only are all eight stores rented, we created a ninth out in the middle.

Now, I'm not going to dictate prices to any of the shop-owners, but visitors to town may find that a lot of prices are lower than spawnshops, because I barely charge any rent. Come check us out!

I'm bumping this just because the "Coming Soon" thread was still above the "Now Open" thread, which was creating a lot of inquiries about open slots that are now filled. Thanks for everyone's interest, though!

 

Store owners: if I'm going to be serious about this mall thing, we need a warp. So we bought one. As soon as staff approves and sets it up, customers will be able to /warp lancaster to a new warp zone directly across the square from the mall and facing toward it. In addition, I will probably advertise for you on trade chat on any night when I am also selling plots. Which is most of them. :)

Checking now to see who intends to renew their shop for January. I know there is a sign up that @TheN00BISHPanda will not be. Anyone else planning on vacating their space?

 

@0TheRedHerring0 and @Jacob43365, it looks like there will be two shops open -- one of them is open now, and while it has the less desirable location of the two, it's a beautiful store. The other will need cleared out first, but it's the first shop inside the door coming from the warp or the spawn portal. Talk to me in-game re: your interest in either one.

Everyone else, the rent signs have been reset, so all you have to do to renew is pay $1000 intro your designated sign. Thanks!
