    It seems I'll be obtaining Residency faster than anticipated. I will most likely have the money tomorrow. From there, I'll fill out the application form and I'll be all set. From there, I hope the lot I want is still there. At the moment, it is. It seems I'm in luck.

    OK, so I've been reading a lot of posts on the forums about players raiding LWC removals to steal, and I've also created this new Builder building, so we'll have more new players in town, so I made a small but expensive (for me) decision.

    Lancaster, Westcaster, Eastcaster and Aberdeen will now have their "use flags" toggled to "deny." This will prevent any non-perm-holders from interacting with chests, doors, etc. in those towns, and therefore prevent acts of theft by anyone who is not a perm-holder.

    [EDIT] @Dewsy92 and I did a quick test just now -- this will NOT prevent non-perm holders from buying from the trade signs located in Lancaster Mall or the Builder Building (or anywhere else in towns with deny use flags).

    But won't this prevent them from using chests, or doors in the builder buildings? Thus making them rather useless?

    AFAIK the use:deny flag has higher rank than LWC, the player needs to be added. Tried with donation chests once... :/

    Yes, residents in the Builder Building will simply have to get perms, which is what I ended up doing with the first three players to move in. Oh, well. If we pick nice players, we won't have to worry about grief anyway ... :)

    I am requesting assess to the public farms. I own room 6 on a Lancaster apartment (the one with blue glass panes). For some reasons I got to the farm and it said I couldn't break there. So if I lack the perms could you add me?
