If you are Resident+, you can make a skyscraper in the city of Vancouver for FREE!

1: I give you a huge space in my town for you to build a skyscraper in, 100% free!
2: You build your skyscraper (I do not provide materials, but they are pretty cheap)
3: When it's complete, you will get co-mayor perms of the city!
4: You can sell rooms in your skyscraper to make tons of money! I will get 50% of each sale since I am giving you free co-mayor perms, a huge chunk of land, and the ability to make money fast!
5: You sell rooms and make tons of money!

READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU APPLY:
-Your skyscraper CANNOT be all to yourself! This is not your house, it's a city building. The land you build it on belongs to Vancouver, and its free so you must use it to make rooms or community stuff.
-You must build a skyscraper in your land.
-You must keep track of the money you make from selling rooms.
-As co-mayor, you are NOT allowed to add/remove people from the city, unless they live in your skyscraper.
-Your skyscraper must be appealing. You need to be a good builder and know how to make a skyscraper!

 

@EccHamster yeah that's okay, you just won't be able to make money off of it, unless you make a shop or something which is fine :)

 

Can be as big as 30x30, it depends how big you're planning on making it
