Savings Accounts:
We offer a non-profit savings department, allowing any user that applies a safe, grief-free location to save up money for any purpose, purchase or goal. This service can be cancelled at any time, with a 30 day waiting period to reapply.
However, if banned longer than 1 week without appeal, or not banned but offline for 30+ days, we reserve the right to reclaim the account and all funds contained within.
Safe Deposit Storage:
We offer a safe, grief-free location in which valuable items can be stored. Rooms, with chests included, are available in the following sizes:
5x5x4: $2000 (10 available)
9x9x4 : $4000 (8 available)
15x15x4 : $8000 (1 available)
All payments for a storage facility are one time. However, if banned longer than 1 week without appeal, or not banned but offline for 30+ days, we reserve the right to reclaim the storage space and dispose of or sell of the contained contents.
SafeTrade Rooms:
Near where the beast slumbers in our facility we have several SafeTrade rooms, all lockable from the inside that will prevent outside access while a trade is ongoing. These rooms will be available to all that have need of them, simply visit the facility via town portal (though we have plans for a warp point in the future).
Loan Monitoring:
We offer a safe, neutral, and grief-free location to facilitate and monitor a loan agreement made between two users. Money to pay back a loan can be contained within a sign until the agreed payment date, which will be overseen by oYsTeR-MAX staff.
For our supervision, use of location, and time we request a small fee based on the duration of the proposed loan:
Short (1-2 weeks): $1250
Medium (2-4 weeks): $2500
Long (4+ weeks): $5000
At this time KMaxwell has decided to offer small "spot loans" of up to 100k. These are small denomination loans with a quick repayment time. (Please note, failure to pay back any loans, as outlined in the loan agreement, will be considered loan scamming and is a bannable offense.)

schloty21 the chests are already placed within the storage area, as we are not giving perms to the town. this is to ensure there is no griefing, or peeking people's balances, etc. when you see me in game next, PM me for a TP to see the room, or use our town portal to visit.

I understand but are the chests placed so that there is maximum room to store things or just on the walls if so I could just do a 5x5x4 and basically get the same storage area just with like 6 less chests so...

Hey schloty21, the rooms are currently set up to have the maximized amount of chests within the area. You can come look to see before you decide to buy a room. The chests are placed as is and as KMaxwell had mentioned, there are no perms allowed to be given other than me and her. Thank you for your time. :)
