Plot Increase!

New Developments Underway

The Mayor of PandaValley and the President of PandaNation, TheN00BISHPanda, sold a large 400 acre area of land to Cheung Construction after long discussions with the nearby PandaReservation. The company intends to demolish an abandoned factory to make way for the largest residential development in PandaValley since Suburbia was released thirty years ago, but members of the reservation feared that demolishing this building would release hazardous and even deadly materials into the air and groundwater, which is where most of the local residents get their drinking water from. However, Cheung Construction guarantees that all potentially dangerous materials would be disposed of properly.

This construction site will generate over 500 jobs and houses in a ten year period and Cheung Construction plans to hire 3rd Party Contractor Builders such as @314 and PandaCo as per this post here < http://tinyurl.com/PandaNationHomes > . This will certainly drop the unemployment AND homeless rate at least 1.5% and will boost the economy of the PandaNation overall.



Apartments Finally Coming to PandaCapitol?

Finally after two weeks of deliberation, President TheN00BISHPanda has finally signed off the papers for there to be a 9 story apartment tower featuring two apartments on each floor for a total of 18 rooms in PandaCapitol. The decision was made 2 days ago over dinner with 2 of his executives. The building contract was given to a freelance company known as TTO. We don't exactly know what it stands for as the company denied an interview with us. The apartment will be located next to the PandaCapitol Mall.


Bye Bye to the PandaVille Mall

Construction first began on the original PandaNation Mall last year. President Noobish decided that the old mall was not in the correct place and that it was shaped weird. So the president himself, along with @wdeerman took down the condemned building. Then they were left with a huge floor of wood. President Noobish then set out to hire a contractor to take down the wood. The ground is still left open there so watch your step as you go through PandaVille.

I was walking down PandaHighway to the portal, I wasn't looking around that much as I have been down that road a hundred times before. Then something caught my eye. A blue white and gray flag. At first I thought it was decoration. Then I looked closer. It was an embassy! I was so astonished! I never knew we were allies with Lancaster! I walked in. I guess President @jmichael214's guards were out for coffee. I walked right up in to the office. I was so happy that PandaNation had allies! Especially Lancaster!
