Hello All I want to to take over a town that doesnt have an owner (both Co-owner and Owner havebeen gone for 2-7 months and i Want to take hold of that town.
The town is called Paradise And Right now its a ghost town No one lives there but its a really nice town that i dont want to see go to waste so if there any way i can get a hold of the town It would be awesome
If i could get some feed back Would love

There is currently no way you can get the town ownership
Firstly andrew removed town transfers, so you cant really take over and be able to do the applications for things like PVP arena.
Secondly you cant really do this because you would kinda be getting a town for free, maybe andrew will allow you to take over the town if you pay a fee, I dont know
The only way is to get the owner to add you as a owner to the town, but still then for all application relating to the town would have to be done by the original owner
But as of now there is no way you can take ownership or anything -
