Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 200,000 EcoDollars to @punishmentbysalt within 24 hours of accepted contract.
  
• @punishmentbysalt may choose location, and name of town.

• @punishmentbysalt will file a Resident/Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money.
  
• @punishmentbysalt will add @AusRoona as a region owner.
  
• @AusRoona will maintain co-owner status, simply for inactive transfer clause below.
  • If @punishmentbysalt is inactive for 6+ months, this contract serves as a claim to official ownership of @punishmentbysalt 's mayoral claim.
• A formal complaint may be issued by @AusRoona if:
  • He is removed from town as co-owner without pre-arranged consent.
  • Money provided is not used for Resident/Mayor applications within 72 hours of contract approval (application times permitting).

This contract serves as an official claim to ownership if @punishmentbysalt reaches inactivity of 6+ months, and @AusRoona submits a town transfer application.​

Exit Clause:

• If @punishmentbysalt achieves rank of tycoon, or after a period of 12 months remains active (/seen <30 days), @AusRoona will have no rightful claim to @punishmentbysalt mayoral claim.
