IGN: @Jdawger Users Involved in this Contract: This contract involves @Capbo_ Terms of the contract: In short, I am paying @Capbo_ to move his town away from my growing project @Jdawger will pay @Capbo_ 4mil ECD VIA the forums within 24hrs after the contract is approved. @Capbo_ will file a town move to the following coordinates within 48hrs of receiving the money: MAIN: A: -1358 63 -13510 B: -1558 63 -13510 C: -1558 66 -13710 D: -1358 73 -13710 If the town-move application is not approved, @Capbo_ must refile the town move or return the 4mil ECD VIA the forums within 72hrs of the denial of the town-move application. If the money is sent back, the contract is void. A new contract may be renegotiated if the money is sent back. Within 72hrs of @Capbo_ 's successful town move, @Jdawger will send @Capbo_ a $100 GC VIA the forums as well as put ECD arrows valued at 805k ECD, 128 spawner keys on main, and six stacks of Event Raffle Tickets in a chest at /warp canterlot, which has his name on it. Any update? Only asking because I am approaching another timeframe where I will not have the opportunity to get online as often as I used to.

Please add a clause that states, "If any of the town applications are denied/do not happen at the fault of Jdawger (i.e. asking staff to lock, insufficient funds, town application incorrect), Jdawger will still pay the full amount of a $100 GC VIA the forums as well as put ECD arrows valued at 805k ECD, 128 spawner keys on main, and six stacks of Event Raffle Tickets in a chest at /warp canterlot." If not, I will not agree to the contract.
I edited the contract to what staff asked me to edit it. To state what they stated, it's says the same as before, but removes jargon/unnecessary terms/bloated language, makes it more balanced, and states actual coords to ensure a more streamlined process. Talk to staff as I'm sure it will not be accepted otherwise. I was told the towns are all good and just pending this contract being accepted & the town moved. That is not to mention that if there is a discrepancy, staff NEVER straight up denies it and gives a chance to get the issue resolved, especially if there is a contract tied to them. Plus, if I don't follow up to get it resolved, then I breached the contract and I'll be banned, which would actually benefit you more at the end of the day.
Fine, whatever. I’ll add it back I'm not using that exact wording. I'll talk to the staff member again and see what wording they would want. Idk why you are so hellbent on adding that exact clause when it technically isn't enforceable given a clause that you wanted me to add after that. For now, I will add the original clause we had, and see what they say
@Capbo_ I was able to talk to one of them ingame and we had a good revision to have that clause be more close-ended as they believe you wanted that clause to ensure I don't retract my apps. It’s different wording to what you had, but it is wording that I agree with. Please take a look

If for any reason in the fault of Jdawger, (i.e. insufficient funds, town application incorrect, inactivity, etc), that any of the four towns are not processed, the liability still falls on Jdawger to go through with payment within 72 hours of Capbo_’s town “caleb” town-move application being processed. If for any reason as to the fault of Capbo_ (i.e. he places new additional town in similar location, town move application not completed, etc) that any of Jdawger’s towns are not created, Capbo_ must return the 4mil ECD within 72 hours and the contract is void ------------------------------------ If the contract does not state this, no paraphrasing, no editing, copy-paste. Then I will keep the town and not go through with the contract. Yes or No, copy-paste it. I will agree, if a staff member has an issue they can write on this post and we will evaluate from there. I am not waiting or playing around with this loophole filled contract. If not, I will keep the town & start my build. No more bullshit.
I am literally editing this with the exact wording that staff is telling me. Like I said before, talk to staff. I am not bullshitting any of this. If you’re so concerned, get in the group message with me and Sky as she and I have been talking I am in work right now and will revisit what you said later
@Capbo_ and I came to a new agreement with the help of Sky. If you can just reagree buddy, we can get this show on the road
