DOWN WITH SPAWNERS

 

I am against spawner protection, The people who can hide their spawners and CAN farm are the people who gain a monopoly, this monopoly is driving the exp price up like crazy.
This is good for the economy.
In real life people are constantly competing and trying to gain a monopoly, the same thing is happening on ECC. (and those who destroy for fun give the survivor(s) a monopoly)


PS, there are multiple ways to grief spawners besides destroying them.

 

I have a well hidden spawner, but I would like to be added just in case :)

 

I'd like to join, but my question, why have'nt people destroyed spawners before now? (and last reset)

 

what you fail to realize is that this wont do anything. even though i get pissed whenever my spawners get destroyed (ive already lost 3 since the reset) this does nothing. What does it mean to be an enemy of PADBS anyway? If I destroy a spawner (which i wont) you guys can try and kill me. Even if you succeed then what? I will go do it again. Until there is a rule against it, there will be no end to the destruction of spawners. Unfortunately this is how it works on ECC. Greed.

Monopolies are illegal in real life... If you are making the argument that this is suppossed to model real life, where is the government to help regulate the economy? Consumers need protection too

 

there was no big deal with Nether spawners because there were more than enough MainWorld spawners for everyone to have their own XP source.

disabling mobs has created a major supply and demand spike in the last few weeks.

griefing spawners is no diffent to griefing land in the MainWorld wild. to protect yourself you need to be creative and hide your spawner well.
