Perks of President?

Pros:
Gives you a second town, and opens the gateway to apply for more original towns.
More LWC locks if you need them.
Other town features such as town-town portals.
Con:
You lose that nice mayor green color.

 

Well, the town is supposed to be profitable. Divide it into plots or something. Get creative.

 

Pros:
More respect from others, and you can beg people for money in a charming president way.
Cons:
People will assume you are rich and say no.

I am not sure that getting a loan in order to purchase a rank would ever be worth it imho.

Never get loans. The only reasonable loan is one for an Eff7/Melon Sword when you have a easy way to pay it back.

 

They charge you more than they give you? Common sense says don't take loans.

 

You know, I'm probably going to stay president at this point, or at most stop at tycoon. I only got president for the town to save money over the town claim option.
Green means go, orange/yellow means caution. Caution as in you go buy something else with 180k
