Pigs will fly over a frozen Hell before Andrew fully retires from ECC (legally I don't even know if he can). He's handed administrative and development reigns over to other players before and if he's pretty caught up irl, he'll take a step back from the server but he's always got some sort of role either administratively or on the back-end like Jamie was talking about
