    The ability to bring your pets into SG
    Reason:
    I want my cat by my side at all times. He is just to cute to leave behind.
    Other Information:
    I don't see why this would cause any problems. When killed in sg, Just do /pet call and the pet should come to you.

    Also, if you're using Kit Spy and go invisible, I assume the pet would not go invisible. However, Simple solution. Just do /pet toggle, and it will go away :)

    The only problem i could see with this is if someone tried to kill you your pet might getin the way

    When you attempt to bring your pet into SG you get a message that can be seen above

    I don't think this would be very beneficial. I really already dislike the sounds of pets and have already suggested a solution to that, but this would annoy me so much. Also, when you die, what would happen?

    They get tped out with you. If they don't, then the per owner would type /pet call to get it back.

    Okay, I just see this suggestion though as more or less a complete disadvantage in SG. The noises they make give you away. Strategically, it's really not smart, but aesthetically, I don't have a problem with it :p.

    Exactly. When I join sg and want to make money and win, I can simply /pet toggle. However, when I go into sg to have a good time and mess around with friends, why not have a pet following you around.

    What would happen with wolves? Would they be beneficial on the attack/defense? Would they attack the oppressing user? If so, that seems a little OP in my mind.

    So, they will be passive mobs? Meaning they won't attack/harm other players?

    To be honest, this would just confuse people. It also has no benefit. When you shoot an arrow it would mostly bounce off the pet. The pets would be noisy, which is very annoying. Also, the names and colors are very distracting. You could think it was a totally separate player. In my opinion, I don't think pets would be the best thing in sg.

    Also, looking at it form a 'newer' players point of view now -- what would you do if you see a wolf by a players side in sg?

    To be honest, this makes no sense, it would make it harder to kill people, would be confusing etc, if you want your pet to be beside you at all times, be like radthorne don't move.... at all

    I would love to have my pet follow me around in sg, but I think it would be too confusing and just plain annoying after awhile. I could see it being an advantage to have a bigger pet too (when they are released), because it would be distracting to someone trying to kill you.

    If it bothers you to have a pet following you around then just toggle it off. As for the bigger pets being an advantage, I do see how that could be a problem.

    If possible, maybe just cats and dogs? I don't know what other pets are going I be released so I can't really say for sure

    KHobbits, Andrewkm, and myself discussed allowing pets in SG before the feature was released and it was decided that we would not be allowing it.
