    It's not weird. It happens with every device, and every Wi-Fi network. Unless you have an Adware remover or Forum Gold, the pop up ads are always going to happen.

    Also, y'all are looking at the cell service. 4G is sorta spotty in our area, so it's super variable as to how many bars we get.
