    I wanted to get a town, I have the money for it and all, my only question is where are we allowed to place a town? Can we just do /wild and find a place we like to claim? Or is there a certain area(s) we have to go?

    As long as it's not within 15 blocks of another town (unless you have permission)

    So we can go to /wild and just pick a place 15+ blocks away from another town?

    Legacy is close to capacity, with the exception of water area... You're best bet is look around in Rising. But then again building on water is easier than destroying mountains, trees, lakes, etc..
