As elected Quorum Delegate of Picon, I would firstly like to thank all those who generously offered support to our nation in response to the terrible event that occurred in our great city 2 days ago.​

On the morning of December 19th, an explosive device was detonated in the Sorrow Bay area of Picon, at the residence of 201 Embassy Road. Our investigations have so far revealed that the building in question was recently rented out by the current owner, to an individual who, at this time, remains unidentified. From evidence found at the blast site, we can deduce that the explosion was caused by the detonation of a highly advanced piece of technology, and that this was a coordinated attack on our city.​

As there was a Quorum meeting scheduled in the nearby area for later that same day, with many high ranking zodiac officials in attendance, it is our belief that the explosion was a planned assassination attempt gone wrong.​

Though this news brings me great pain, so far all evidence points to one of our own allies as the perpetrators of this attack. Though many of the details around the event are still to be revealed, rest assured that our investigations are still ongoing, and the perpetrators of this attack will be found and brought to justice. Until that time, I have ordered the continued lockdown of all city activities, and until further notice no entry or exit of the city is permitted.​

To all those who threaten our great city, be warned. We will defend ourselves​

UPDATE​

Clean-up at the site of the bombing has begun, and reconstruction will begin soon. Picon will be opening it's borders and allow ships to enter the city in the next few days.​
