This contract is to signify that droopystarfish is purchasing a 94x65 quadrant of land from penguinpixi in the town of pixilandia for the amount of $30 IRL US dollars (thirty dollars). The purchaser droopystarfish has to abide by the town rules and may suggest new rules to the owner contingent at any time which will be voted upon. If any of the owners of pixilandia are banned or quit all land and possessions barring anything that was obtained by illegal means or through hacking will become the property and equally divided among the remaining owners of pixilandia. The land purchased must be up to the standard of the towns beautiful and general coolness. Any of the current owners and co owners shall not be removed by droopystarfish who will not be removed by any other owner or Mayer. Unlimited height and depth of the property in question bedrock to sky limit shall be allowed.
