I'm so upset with the server... i stayed up all night mining for 6 hours...had 64x5 redstone ore blocks 64x6 iron ore 1x64 =32 gold ore 46 diamond ore blocks 63=12 mossycobbble 64 lapiz ore blocks a cat record.... and evf5 silk touch1 unb 3 diamond pic and a evf 4 unb3 fortune 2 diamond pic and the game lagged out really bad and i started randomly dieing and i couldn't see and then lava killed me some how so please fix this error and i would like my items back i told you exactly what i had all honesty i spent like 5 hours on all that just to have server lag and die not right

You will not get your items back, there's no way of verifying that your death was the server's fault.

We cannot give you your items back, but I can give you some tips.
When I have a stack of any item, I do /sethome mine and them return to my home to put all my stuff in the chest. Then, I do /home mine to get back to mining. Very helpful. -
Carry an Enderchest, when you have too much stuff, put some in it, destroy it with silk touch and you are good to go for another full inventory, then to /sethome.
I was doing the enderchest thing when the 1.3 comes in with all the portal bug that were killing people.
