    MELON SWORD RENTALS​

    megacuber587 and I currently own a melon sword, so we are starting a business that rents out melon swords to trusted people.

    PRICE: 7K per hour. Maximum of 1 hour at a time.

    Rules:
    • The sword is not to be dropped on the ground as an entity.
    • The sword is not to be given to anyone, besides megacuber587 or me, Lee1104.
    • The sword will only be rented to Presidents+ with at least [$$$]. Others may be chosen at our own discretion.
    • The sword will be repair by megacuber587 or handed to Lee1104 for me to have someone repair it. You will not have to pay for the repair.
    • Lee1104 and megacuber587 must know where it is at all times. If we ask you where it is, you must tell us.
    • If you return the sword late, it is a $1,000 fine every 10 minutes. We will warn you when you have 10 minutes left.
    • You can not be AFK while renting out the sword.
    • Failure to return the melon sword 30 minutes after it is due will result in a complaint. After the complaint has been handled, you will have 7 days to repay $375,000 or a new melon sword with Efficiency 5 Unbreaking 3 Silk Touch 1.
    • Chest will be located at the SkyFarms portal on TownWarps5, Front row.

    Do I agree to the example contract above and have read the terms and agreements?: Yes, except I am wondering if instead of paying 8k/hour, can I pay 6k/hour for the sword? If I must pay 8k/hour, I will need to make about $800 before renting the sword.
