Hi there Dawson. 11k is quite a large amount of money to give away, if you are looking for a loan please include a little bit more detail in your post such as; how much you will be paying back and in how much time.
There are other ways to obtain money, one of which is very easy and gives you about $1,500 a day, simply vote at each of the 6 voting sites and sell the nstars at the spawn market

Also you can always ask for a loan in "/ch trade" ingame

 

If I had the money I would loan you it now, sadly my balance is only $131, I'll go farming for an hour or so and lend you the money. <33

 

Soon as the server gets online I'll make the money, you can just do what you want, also remove the bad language in your post, don't want you to get in trouble :p
