General Purpose of Contract:
<Purchasing Plot 3 in Adrenaville for $3000 once a month with expansions. If the purchaser fails to follow these rules then I adrenagade, have the right to evict them after giving one day after warning to retrieve their items. If not collected, I am able to retrieve for myself.>

I (Adrenagade) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-that i will be fair in the rules i have given.
- that i will be understanding in issues that may occur.
- that i will not evict unless they have broken rules or a server issues requires me to.
that i will be supportive and active in my town to help him.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- I have one day to collect my things if not renewed otherwise I give ADRENAGADE permission to collect my things for himself.
- To not do any damage to other properties or the town without permission of adrenagade or an owner of a property.
- I will pay 2,000 every month or give notice of leaving after the month a week before renewal.
- that I must renew my property 2 days before expiring.
- I will be follow town rules.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
