That's super cheap haha. Only 2 days of voting and you can pay for a 15x10. Not really expensive, and it is a town with high standards. You should come check it out. We have a store, and are currently constructing a town trade center similar to the server trade center. In there you,with a fee, will be able to rent a stall and sell items.
