I have plots for sale in my town. To make sure it's kept safe, I am only accepting residents+, or builders that have stayed in my hotel. It's a nice looking village based town so there are no tall towers or other gaudy structures. We have a town center, a small market, a small village farm, a town portal, and a nice public furnace house. We will be holding different events and activities every week to make this town a fun environment. All we ask is that you respect our rules and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. We have a PvP arena and we're going to get a heal sign to go along with our arena. We have plots at 10x10, 15x15, 20x20, and a limited amount of 30x30's. I am on and in the town very frequently so just pm me if you're interested. Any builders interested in living in the town may be put in the hotel to before you can have a plot of your own. This is to assure that you know the server rules as well as my towns rules. So help make this town more occupied and pm me for prices!!!
Plots prices are determined as such: plot size x 15. 10x10's = $1,500 15x15 = $3,375 20x20 = $6,000 30x30 = $13,500
We now are able to offer free water placements, repairs, tp's, stacks, and ext commands for anyone who buys a plot and is an active member in the town.
could i buy a plot and not use it? or could i buy a plot and give it to someone taht aready lives in the town and keep my perms? because i like the feurtures but don't need a nother plot, also u said that if u get a plot here u get free use of your exc commands does that mean that i could get free e-repairs? lastly if i need to build on the plot and own the plot to get the awesome fetures then i will jsut hire a friend to build it for me also could i shair a plot with someone? thx, m4d ps. i might want a 10x10 plot
In order to get the benefits, you have to be an active member in the town, so the only "Yes" is the the last question. Even still, the benefits will only be used in the town.
