I have a Unbreaking I Shovel And Eff I Pick but am looking into an Eff 3 Pick. I can work whenever for any amount of time.

Blocks needed removed (stone, dirt, etc.), and level need cleared to (highest and lowest point):From level 63-95
I not sure whats under the hills so i can give specifics on what needs to be removed,But general Dirt,stone,sand,gravel,wood,leaves, There is a building at the end of the town i would like that gone as well,as well as a village.

The town is outlined by sand so just destroy everything within (including the sand rows as well)
here is a kinda start (Destroy the sand row!! very important)
