News: Pontvert Incorporation has just commenced building works upon Gernen's Bristolshore, where a small 10x10 store named The Sixteenth Flag of Bristolshore will open. This store will be unique, and will house the smallest Item Claims Centre yet alongside a petite flat at the top with a storehouse for goods. The store will be unique as well in the sense that it will sell all the "essential" items of wood and only in stacks of sixteen (hence the "sixteenth" in the store name). The store will be reviewed and opened by Wednesday. No town portals currently exist in Bristolshore, though you can use the neighbouring town of Catland for the portal (floor 18, red ring).

I have assessed this major large quantity application, and I believe Pontvert Incorporation is perfectly capable of handling it, however, it would take us long into March to complete it, therefore Gernen has hired half a dozen extra workers (including you, Jason :D). Thank you to them for helping this application being processed fast.
However, I must warn in advance that it is unlikely that we will be able to fit an extreme application like yours into France when finished given the smallness of the Store of France, so you may have to prepare yourself to travel elsewhere. We are considering creating a new Item Claims Centre specifically for orders as large as yours.
For those worried about any standing applications they placed, we will work through the applications given on when ordered and not on the amounts, so older applications will be prioritised, but we are handing several workers specific responsibility for our new order.

Otherwise, for Pontvert-related news, we have set up a party and I'd be asking all workers to request to join the party. We will not finish the Bristolshore Store until Friday by the minimum given a large wave of orders, and we apologise to any customers who experienced poor service in our Store of France these last two days. Items had failed to be restocked and some disruption was caused, we were notified and will improve restocking standards. May I give special thanks to Gernen for helping us with bonemeal supplies and managing so many new workers.
