Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your inability to find the items you wanted in store, however, we are aware of poor restock issues in our Store of France in France, and aim to increase visits to the exceptionally popular store. We have also set up our Managerial Positions campaign in an attempt to increase control on restocked goods, and will soon be considering its launch.
We believe the main cause of this unacceptable service is because France was launched with few stocks. In future, we will take great care to start stores, especially those with high customer demand, with appropriate amounts of stocks.

News: Pontvert Incorporation has officially finished building the Sixteenth Flag store at Bristolshore. We shall shortly add directions largely based off Gernen's. Many thanks to Gernen for allowing us the 10x10 plot, and for supporting the company throughout.
We will also introduce shareholding to the company. Starting the 1st of March 2013, Pontvert Incorporation will have shareholding in the company: a new industry that could be a massive success with lots of profits. Here's how it will work (apologies for spoiler glitch):
Currently, Matberry owns 65% of Pontvert Incorporation and Gernen owns 35%. This means that at the end of the month, Gernen will get 35% of all profits made and Matberry will gain 65% of all profits made.However, at the end of the month, the two current shareholders are allowed to sell or gift their shares away to other players (Matberry would have to be notified of the change and price for this to be verified and allowed).
So say 5% is sold from my shares to PlayerA. I would keep the money I made from selling the shares, and at the end of the month, PlayerA would gain 5% of the profit the Incorporation made. The figures and statistics of how much the company made would be then released to everyone in this thread, and Matberry would set a price for how much he wants each shareholder to pay per 1% to keep their shares.
So say $500 was demanded per share, then PlayerA would have to pay $2,500 to keep the 5% of the share he owns by the 5th of the month. If this was unpaid, the share would all go to Matberry. However, if PlayerA did not want to pay $2,500, then he could sell any quantity of the share at his own price, below or above the price I demand to keep the share. The sale should be completed by the 10th of the month, and Matberry should be notified that the share(s) would be sold by the 5th of the month so that the share won't be removed.
Then, at the end of the month, the process will be repeated.
F.A.Q.s regarding shareholding:
1. What if the company makes a loss?
If the company makes a loss, you will not be refunded of the money you paid. However, consider it from the Incorporation's view: there'd be a loss of interest in shareholding if this happened, and therefore the business could temporarily have lost reputation or trust. In the case where a loss is made, then you can also expect the demanded investment into the company per shareholder to be severely decreased too.
2. For what reasons could my shares be removed?Your shares could be removed if you are banned and unlikely to return, if you are inactive for over 20 days, if you have damaged the Incorporation and/or its integrity (through grief, harassment, disrespect, etc.), through trading shares whilst providing false information to Matberry on the sale or for not notifying Matberry on the future of the shares until the 5th of the month.3. What if I am inactive, or unable to collect the money my shares made at the end of the month?You should try to contact Matberry by the 5th of the month by any way possible: through ECC forum conversation, pm, mail, etc. We can't be uninformed any later than the 5th, sadly, unless in exceptional circumstances. However, if you are going on holiday, you can ask a friend to reclaim your money (we will not file reports in case of scams, that is up to you). We will not allow anyone to reclaim your money unless you specifically state it, however, to avoid scams or misunderstandings. 4. If I lose my shares, what will happen to them?If you lose your shares, they will either be handed to Matberry, or the share will be split between other shareholders (decimal-point-in-percentages time!)5. Who can I contact to buy shares?To buy shares, you can contact Matberry, who can refer you to shares on sale, or you can contact someone who is selling shares. A list of people selling shares will be available at the top of this thread.For further information, please contact Matberry.
