I was in arena 3, playing against a player, babymane00, and he had a kit, or killed a kit user. He has a Knockback stone sword, and knocked me back maybe 10 blocks. I began to run away, with the same lead. He swung his sword, and I died, from ten blocks away. Glitch or hack?

Most likely either a glitch, or lag, it's also possible that he killed you before you got knocked back, but it just lagged and didn't kill you until after

No, he had no bow. And this glitch, by the exact same player, has happened many times to other players.

Sometimes the game glitches out where it looks like people aren't where they are. I sometimes have that, so that's probably what it was.

Oh, and get this: while I was in mid-air (I was hit a few times before the glitch/hack), he hit me A SECOND TIME, which I don't believe is in the Minecraft physics.

you can hit twice if your VERY fast when attacking... as for extended range there used to be a hack to allow this but as far as i know its fixed and if attempted its detected by anticheat plugins

I'm just wondering, how are you so sure it wasn't a bow or that he wasn't actually just behind you?
You were running away, correct?
When you run away you can't see who's behind you, or how far away he is or what weapon he's using.
And if you got a stonesword deathmessage, that's simply because hungergames sometimes glitches out and makes the second last hit your deathmessage, not the last.
