What are your plans as a President on this server: I plan on continuing to help those less fortunate and have fun. I will continue to trust builders/residents and attempt to guide the ones that seem to stray. Lead by example and not do anything I would be ashamed of. I enjoy playing and helping, and plan on doing this for a long time to come. :)

Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring (sic) mayor response?: I have checked the Zoning Laws (Server Rules: Section VII, Clause III), and we are not waiting for any responses. The closest town is over 30 blocks away and mayored by myself.
