I have been away for awhile and i am showing im still a president here but when i log onto the game it shows i am a new player. What can I do to fix this.

I think i may have had a different account under my user name, I came on and wanted to buy Ecodollars but it didnt know me so i resigned up and bought bucks but when i went to the web site i didnt get the money. I came back and found my original account then bought more under the original account and when i went back in it reconized my rank.. I still didnt get the dollars from the other Anderfin account but that is what it is. All is fine.. Would like my other dollars but i understand that may not be possible since i messed up
