We will build any structure a customer orders, within reason. Probuilder300 is the founder of this company and is the main architect, interior designer, and manager of the company(there will be positions open to those who would be willing to join and meet the requirements). This company is here to help those who want a project done so they don't have to take the time to do it, while they could be working on other things! ~What are our rates: Spoiler: Spoiler Our rates will vary on what a customer would want for their project. Size, material, quality, and time -- these are the factors that will come into play in the costs of each project. For example: A 16x16, 3 story, Brick home, with exterior and interior decorating(such as trim on the outside, landscaping, and interior color) would run approximately $2,500 ECD, but if they desire a simple build, around $1,000 ECD. Standard Labor Fees by size: 16x16 Lot ~ $1,280 20x20 Lot ~ $1,800 30x30 Lot ~ $2,700 40x40 Lot ~ $3,200 50x50 Lot ~ $6,250 Each lot size is charged per square block, after 50x50 the charge will be $5.00 per square block, each floor(including basement levels) is a standard fee of $150 ECD($75 on lots smaller than 25x25). Each project will also require a contract to fill out as to be an offical project and knowing PSCC will be paid after the project is finished. Depending on the structure, if you require materials that are not easily obtained and/or are expensive, you will have to pay additional fees(before project begins) to pay for set materials that are not easily obtained and/or are expensive. Failure to pay after project is finished, or deny paying for expensive material will result in a suspension from any further business with all Vault of ECC companies and partners (PSCC Included) and possible server punishment. If you cannot pay for the project right away, we will set up a third party contract with Vault of ECC(if VOE agrees when this would happen) to have a debt sign made(In a way, you are taking out a loan with VOE) and you will have to pay interest to Vault ECC(interest will go to them as a fee for the debt sign and inconvenience). *Note* Prices may be subject to change at anytime, due to either project demand or pricing is needing to be updated in the rising economy.

I would also like a small balcony for each floor. Materials/Colors Desired: -Out side: Harden red clay will be the main color, can use stone and wood logs to give it more detail. -Inside: Wood plank floor and ceiling for each room. Do you want any landscaping done?: No Other: No need to go complicated, just a simple design that could be continued if I want the building to be taller. Also no need to place doors as I would like to do that myself. A job well done! I am very satisfied with the final product. @Probuilder300 did what you said he would and built a very nice apartment building for me and on time. @Probuilder300 also came through on everything I asked for in the build, stairs, balcony, no doors placed, and @Probuilder300 even did more by building a elevator for me.
