    Hi everyone, my step dad got a job recently, which puts my family in a better financial situation. Which means I can finally buy a console thats not too expensive. It would be really awesome if you guys could give me some feedback if I should get a PS3 or Xbox 360, please give me reasons w/ your responses! Thanks for your time!

    Xbox 360 also has exclusives, too...


    Personally I would go with an Xbox, because I just prefer them. I like the Halo series, and the PS3 doesn't have that available. Along with that I love the controllers for the Xbox 360, the PS3 controllers are a pain in the @ss because they're so small. Also, on Xbox 360 there is currently available Minecraft (Not really that great, TBH). Altho, this is coming out for PS3 and PS4 soon, too. In the end I'd just go with what your friends have.

    If you're on a tight budget, which it sounds like, I'd go for the PS3 as it has free online play.
