IGN: @fever129 Users Involved in this Contract: @Duindaer General Purpose of Contract: Saftey of borrowing out @fever129 pumpkin axe named FEVER420 Item Unique ID: #IEAAM11Q I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @fever129 agree to let @Duindaer use my pumpkin axe named FEVER420 when I want too for 1 k a day I @fever129 may always take back the pumkin axe whenever I need too. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Duindaer by agreeing to the contract agrees to: 1. If he is to break the pumpkin axe , he will owe me 15 k ECD as repayment within a month and will no longer have permission to use my tools. 2. He must repair the axe when he hits 200 durability to prevent the sword from possibly breaking 3. He may only get the axe repaired through trusted users, approved by @fever129 and do this via a chest. 4. He must place the pumpkin axe in a specifically designated chest. 5. He must return the pumpkin axe to the chest when offline. 6. Do not borrow out the pumkin axe to anyone else or give the pumpkin axe to anyone else. If any of these rules are broken, this contract will be no-longer needed or be valid, @fever129 can stop the contract at any time. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree to these terms.

I'm sorry, @fever129, there must also be a defined period of time in which @Duindaer is to borrow your pumpkin axe. An open ended timeframe cannot be accepted.
