Purchase of Tycoon Town Claim

Terms of the contract:
The purpose of this contract is to purchase give @_Sharpy 4,000,000 ECD to rank up to Tycoon (3mil for the rankup + 1mil extra) in exchange for @Jdawger to have control of @_Sharpy 's Tycoon Town Claim.

@Jdawger is responsible for sending 4,000,000 ECD to @_Sharpy within 48 hours after this contract is approved. @_Sharpy must apply for president with 24hrs after receiving the money and must then apply for Tycoon within 24hrs after becoming President.

Once @_Sharpy is ranked to Tycoon, @Jdawger is responsible for sending all information about a town he wants to claim, and @_Sharpy must submit the town claim within 24hrs of receiving the info.

If the town claim fails, @Jdawger will still have the rights to @_Sharpy 's town claim (or one of the town claims if they happen to rank up to EcoLeader+ before then) and he can send over new information. This process will repeat as many times as needed until a town is successfully claimed; @Jdawger retains that right to one town claim until one is successful. If @_Sharpy is inactive for 7+ days in-game /seen at the time a new request is sent, he will have 72hrs to respond or it will be considered a breach of contract. If he is inactive less than 7 days, he has 72hrs after the 7th day of inactivity to respond. To state again, this paragraph will only happen if the initial town claim fails.

If the town claim is a success, @_Sharpy will add @Jdawger as an owner of the claimed town within 24hrs of claiming said town. @_Sharpy will lose all rights as owner of the town after @Jdawger is added as owner.

This contract is proof of a town transfer application, of which @Jdawger will be applying and paying for.
