I will provide @Piquno with the future town's coordinates and world. @Piquno will file a president application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named Varrock and placed at the given location. @Piquno will add @David_Torento as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the president application's approval. @Piquno will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @David_Torento will become the new owner. If the president application is denied for any reason @David_Torento may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @Piquno will be required to return the 180 000 EcoDollars to @David_Torento within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
