I currently own a plot formerly owned by a guy who is permabanned. I would like to park my president plot right next to the plot that I own. I cannot take "Original ownership" of the plot until I am president. Which is what I intend on doing once I get it. As the owner, can I apply for my president plot right next to my current plot that I am not the original owner of, but the owner is perma'd?
Assuming "plot" refers to towns and not actual plots: If this refers to your current town: No, you need to be a Tycoon+ for that. If this refers to your future town: Correct. Any region owner on /rg i can approve a town placement - if you are on the owner list, you can approve the placement.
