Welcome to R towns! I like owning towns, and I like selling towns. I hope I can find some people who want to sell and buy some towns themselves. Below I will keep an updated list of towns I have for sale and for rent. I will also state when I am buying towns, if you have any to get off your hands. Towns for Sale: onyxcity - World: Legacy - Center: -12077, 63, -2503 - Short description: An ocean town which has been filled in with a dirt layer. It has some buildings set up but no current residents oceanside - World: Legacy - Center: 2548, 63, -6133 - Short description: An ocean town which has been filled in with a dirt layer. It has some buildings and some users on the members list. However, to my knowledge none of these users use the town. mansion - world: Legacy - Center: 1193, 64, -7453 - Short description: An old town with some very nice houses. The center of town is dominated by a very large and cool looking asteroid strike. It has no current members so all the buildings would switch in full to your ownership. It has a warp making it excellent for any future mayors out there. Contact me if you have any interest in these towns. Buying towns: I am buying towns. Please contact me if you wish to sell. Renting Towns: Renting a town is for people who want to have a town for decent amount of time, and for a cheap price. How exactly does it work? For the cheap price of 20k you will have complete control over the town you rented. I will not interfere in how you run it or use it in any way. This rent last one month. (which I am defining as 30 days.) However, when you rent a town you are doing just that -- You are renting it, and not buying it. While you are renting a town you may not remove my name from the owners list. After your 30 days are up I may remove you from the owners list at will. However, you may always renew your contract for up to a week after the end of your 30 days before I do anything to the town. the rent for any town is 20k. the price for buying we can hash if you decide to go that route. I'm sorry I havent been able to catch you online. However, since you can go to mansion any time you don't need me to view it. If you like what you see please tell me and we can do the money transaction via trade signs.
so i am now happy with fairborn - its nice place as i rented this its lovely place 100% happy with r towns
