You build: 1k fee to claim my /sethome for the duration (I have 50 homes) I build: 10k fee + materials + plot (for the depot, not for me) gets the building, the chests, and my /sethome 10 chest limit: 1 week: 10k 1 month: 30k 25 chest limit 1 week: 15k 1 month: 50k No Chest Limit! 1 week: 25k 1 month: 75k NO CHEST LIMIT, NO TIME LIMIT!*** 100k Upgrades want to upgrade to get some more chests mid-purchase? That's great! You pay the amount remaining to get the next chest size minus the amount of days that have already past. For example: buy 1 week of 10 chests 15k-10k = 5k 5k/7 days = $714 per day so each day that has passed you pay $714 less for the upgrade! ***This option is risky, because as you know people aren't active every day for the rest of time. However, if you wish to have this many chests/a super long time limit I will try my best to be on at bare minimum once a day to go through repairs.
