Main options:

Main Menu:
Opens the main modpack menu.
Default = Y

Disable Menu Hotkeys:
When true disables all hotkeys for menus except for the Main Menu key.
Default = TRUE

More Info Menu:
Opens the More Info Menu.
Default = Z

More Info 2 Menu:
Opens the second More Info Menu.
Default = X

Utilities Menu:
Opens the Utilities Menu.
Default = B

Main Options Menu:
Opens the Main Options Menu.
Default = M​

Utilities:

Measure Item:
The item you use as the measuring tool, it activates when you rightclick a block with it.
Default = Stick. (Can't be changed)

Measure Undo:
If you hold this key while using the measuring tool then it will remove the last measuring point.
Default = Left Shift

Measure Clear:
If you hold this key while using the measuring tool then it will clear all measuring points.
Default = Left Control

Night Vision:
Toggles nightvision mode.
Default = N

Hallow Vision:
Toggles hallowvision mode. (Opposite of nightvision)
Default = B​

More Info:

Shows you some information in a corner of your screen.
With all information showing it looks like

12h clock:
When true shows 12h clock instead of 24h clock.
Default = False.

Big Text:
When true the displayed information will have a larger font.
Default = False

Show coords:
When true it will add the coordinates to the displayed information.
Default = True

Position:
The corner of your screen where the information is displayed.
Default = Top Left

Show Time:
When true it will add in-game time to the displayed information.
Default = True

Show FPS:
When true will add FPS to the displayed information.
Default = False

Show Light Level:
When true adds the current Light Level at your position (0-15) to the displayed information
Default = false

Show Biome:
When true adds the biome you are currently in to the displayed information.
Default = False

Show Arrow Count:
When true adds the amount of arrows in your inventory to the displayed information.
Default = True

Show Item Info:
When true adds information about the item you're currently holding to the displayed information.
Default = True

Show Armor Info:
When true adds information about the currently worn armour pieces to the displayed information.
Default = True

Show EXP:
When true adds your current total EXP points (Mc, not McMMO) to the displayed information.
Default = True

Show Debuffs:
When true adds all potion effects currently active to the displayed information.
Default = True

Show Serverinfo:
When true adds current players online and max players of the server you are on to the displayed information.
NOTE: This doesn't work when you use direct connect.
Default = True​

Prerequisites:

• Forge Installer (http://files.minecraftforge.net/ Make sure you use the correct minecraft version)
  
• The modpack jar

For Windows

Installing Forge

• Use the forge installer to install Forge (doubleclick on the downloaded forge jar file)

Installing the modpack

• Copy the jarfile into the "mods" folder
• Run Minecraft with the Forge profile.

• Use the forge installer to install Forge (Right click on the jarfile and select Jar Launcher)

Q: Whenever I try to activate nightvision a menu opens up.
A: You have Disable Menu Hotkeys set to false. Press Y, go to Main Options and set Disable Meny Hotkeys to true

EDIT: Fixed.

 

It requires either Risugami's modloader or Forge modloader. I built it against Risugami's because that provides compatability with both.

When you have forge and playerapi installed just start minecraft up, then close it again. The mods folder will be there. If it isn't then you did something wrong installing Forge
