Rainbowland! The Reopening!

Hi all! I have decided to rebuild my town Rainbowland! We currently have many plots for sale!
Our plot sizes are:
10x10 for 1k
20x20 for 2k
50x50 for 10k (Out of 50x50's)
Builder Hotel $100/day
Market Stalls 1k/week (PM rainbowmaster12 for a market stall)

Rainbowland has some simple rules! Those who disobey/break said rules will not be tolerated and will be either be kicked from town or banned depending on the crime.
Some rules are:

Griefing will by no absolute means be tolerated!

Scamming will not be tolerated!

Stealing will not be tolerated!

Do not enter other player's homes without permission. This also means digging underground into their homes!

Do not mine under the town.

Build WITHIN your plot! This includes basements and multi floored homes! Basements can go as low as you wish but must retain the size of your plot!

Please no 'Ugly Homes' we try to keep the town looking as nice as possible. This means all cobble house/dirt houses will be asked to be taken down and remade. Also no ugly cobble/dirt towers.

Show respect to all players!

14 days absent is a KICK from town.

Do not lock chests/doors/signs which do not belong to you.

No Reselling Plots without permission of Mayor/Co-Mayor

Partial refunds will be made for players who wish to move out from town, however players in violation of rules are not to be compensated.
