Suggestion:
Raise the lotto tax to 20%
Reason:
Lotto makes the rich richer. If they want to continue sniping lottos and gathering wealth in this way, why not tax the rich even more? The little players still stand to make a large profit with a small ticket count. This is good for players and the economy.
Other Information:
I dont see how this isnt a good idea at all. The more money removed from the server the better.

more tax = less people play (or people play with less, rather) = less money leaves the economy.
The lottery is for the rich and always will be for the rich. So the tax as it is is fine how it is, because it allows the rich to continue to be rich lotto players.-

The smaller players will win all the time. I lose all the time to 1 ticketers. I recently lost today 72:1 in a 150k lotto. If anything, I think that the tax should go back to where it was at 10%
