General Purpose of Contract:
Confirm safe trade of a rank up in exchange for a town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @ModernPerils will pay $50000 ECD to @FootballCarter15 within 24 hours of the contract approval

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FootballCarter15 will rank up to president upon recieval of the $50000 ECD within 24 hours of receiving the money
Footballcarter15 will give ownership to @ModernPerils of the town in the agreed location within 24 hours of acceptance of the rank up
