Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 15 000 (for Resident) and 85 000 (for Mayor) EcoDollars to @ConnorTheEpic .
  
• I will provide @ConnorTheEpic with the future town's coordinates and world.
• @ConnorTheEpic will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named Olymp and placed at the given location.
  
• @ConnorTheEpic will add @Ancastal as a region owner when the town is approved.
  
• @ConnorTheEpic will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Ancastal will become the new owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @Ancastal may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @ConnorTheEpic will be required to return the 100 000 EcoDollars to @Ancastal within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
