Plots: Water: 10x10: $900 15x15: $1,350 Ground: 10x10: $1,000 15x15: $1,500 20x20: $2,000 Sky: Small: $1,200 Medium: $1,800 Large: $2,400 Building Limits: Sky: Cannot build down, No max height Ground: 10 Down, 15 Up. Water: Cannot build down, 25 Up. Rules: 1. No Griefing or stealing 2. No building outside of plot 3. Do not change the prebuilts. 4. Replace any crops you destroy. 5. Respect all town members. 6. Players that break the building limits for plots will be given notice. If changes are not made, you will be given an eviction notice. 7. No editing Pre-builts. If you need more storage, let @Chernoknizhnik know. 8. Do Not edit the shape of the sky plots. CHANGES WILL BE UNDONE. 9. You may speak in a language other than English, however you may need to switch to English if asked. If rules are not complied with, you may be evicted and/or reported.
