Reason: Spamming/ False Auctioning/Language
Counter-Reason: I was at a friends house when this happened (In Real Life) and when i got home I found out that I was banned. My brother told me that he got on to my profile and did all the thing stated above and I was furious!!! I am very sorry for what he did and I'm going to change my Minecraft password so this never happens again.
Evidence: I have no evidence because like I said I wasn't home at the time :(

Thank you for taking the time to appeal this ban. Here on ECC, we punish each account for rule breaking, not the user of the account. This is exactly your case. Since we can't actually verify that it was your brother, we must assume that the account is owned by you and punish the account for the actions.
Unfortunately, I am going to have to deny this appeal; you must own up to the actions your account committed instead of passing along the blame to someone else. If it was truly your brother who did, I suggest having them write the appeal since they would be able to better understand the actions that were committed.
