General Information about this item: I will be selling Pre-Built and Custom Built houses in my town, Mansfield. I can build a house based on your real (in-real-life) house, based on a picture you have found on Google, or just by a description of what you'd like. The town will be a suburban-type style with different neighborhoods, and different sized lots. Pre-Built houses will be unfurnished, but they can be decorated by you to suit your tastes. Custom Built houses will be built exactly how you want. They will be a little more expensive than Pre-Built, but everything is customizable, from colors, to size, to shape, and more! Below are some pictures of 2 houses I've built in GoldenArmor12's town (GoldVille). If you would like to see either one of these, just PM me in game or on the forums. Thanks :D

I'm planning on dividing Mansfield into 4 sections, each being its own neighborhood (listed below).


Lakeview Neighborhood - 15x15, 15x30, and 30x30 plots. Farm access is free. Builders are allowed! Plot prices with a house are:
15x15 - $2,000 + cost of house
15x30 - $3,000 + cost of house
30x30 - $4,000 + cost of house

For those who want to build their own house and just want an empty plot, pricing is:
15x15 - $3,000
15x30 - $4,000
30x30 - $5,000



Woodland Neighborhood - Shady streets, small, affordable plots, and farm access available for only $500! A great neighborhood with older-style starter homes. Renting and buying options are both available. Most houses will be pre-built. I will however be offering a few custom houses for an extra cost. PM me for more info.



StoneBrook Neighborhood - A nice neighborhood with a variety of plot sizes, and custom sizing is a possibility for those who ask! Standard plot sizes will include:
10x10 - $500 w/ house, $1,000 w/o
15x15 - $1,125 w/ house, $2,000 w/o
20x20 - $2,000 w/ house, $3,500 w/o
A private 16x32 farm (in 2 chunks) is available for an additional $2,500. There will also be a little "brook" flowing through for boating and fishing! Residents + Only, sorry Builders.



Diamond Estates Neighborhood - The nicest neighborhood of them all! All plots will be 30x30, and include a private underground farm (the farm is all in 2 chunks!!!). A plot base price will be $4,500, and house prices will start at only $3,000! Mayors+ only.

 

So far, I have 1 project, and I'm looking for more :D
