Members do not need to be a resident rank or a builder with a [$$] symbol. But I will talk to each person individually to evaluate whether they are a good fit for the town.
I want my town's members to be reliable people who will NOT grief and who will not cause interpersonal problems which I have to get involved in. I would also prefer to find people who know how to build an attractive house.
If you are one of those people, there may be a place in Redrock for you, which is almost ready to be opened up for more members. I've been working hard on getting the town ready, and it will be opening very soon.
Thanks for your interest! I will update this thread when I start taking on new members. It is likely that I will not have any 10x10 plots. I have been told multiple times that Redrock (even in its unfinished state) is one of the most attractive towns on the server (at least, of the towns which actually accept members), and since it also has an amazing location, I will be looking to charge a premium price for plots. People who can afford a premium price want more than just a 10x10.

Ha! That's funny. In reality, you can come look at it by yourself anytime you want, or I'd be happy to TP you there and give you a free tour sometime when we're both online. Thanks Jason :)
EDIT: Seriously though, if you are in the neighborhood i HIGHLY recommend also taking a tour of Tommy T's towns (like Prometheus, Blue Coast, Throne, etc), located next to mine. His builds are jaw-dropping. -

It would be great if when you are making the grid you could make me a 30x30 or 40x40 plot. But also a 20x20 would be fine to. I'm gonna make a amazing house:)
